We're already using Xero and a CRM. Do we have to replace them?

No. We can connect to Xero and most CRMs via API and pull that data into your unified system. The question we ask is whether the tool is actually serving you or just adding friction. If Xero works for your accounting, it stays. If your CRM is half-used and barely functional, we'll discuss whether replacing it is worth it. You decide — we just give you an honest picture.

What does "built around our customers" actually mean in practice?

It means we identify your central business entity — the thing that drives everything else — and build the data model around that. For a trade business it might be the job. For a services firm it might be the client engagement. For a product business it might be the order. Everything else — invoicing, CRM, agent tasks, reporting — connects to that entity. You get a system that reflects how your business actually operates, not a generic SaaS template.

What reporting can we actually run once we're live?

Anything that lives in your data. Margin by job type, margin by customer segment, lead source attribution, average close time by sales channel, agent decision logs, campaign performance, pricing vs. competitor movement. Because you own the data layer, there's no limit — you're not constrained by what a SaaS vendor chose to expose. If the data exists, you can query it.

How long does it take to get a system running?

A Foundation build typically takes 4–8 weeks from discovery to go-live. Growth builds run 8–14 weeks depending on integration complexity and data migration requirements. We don't rush it — a system built wrong takes longer to fix than to build properly. You'll have a working staging environment to review before anything goes live.

What happens to our data if we stop working with you?

It's yours. Completely. The system runs on your infrastructure — not ours. If you part ways with us tomorrow, everything keeps running. You have the code, the data, the server access. We don't hold anything hostage. This is a deliberate design choice — we want clients who stay because the system keeps delivering value, not because leaving is too painful.

When do the AI agents come in and what do they actually do?

Agents come in after the data layer is live — because they need real data to do real work. A marketing agent drafts campaigns based on your actual customer segments.
